Please note that parties
booked for 15 or less (including the birthday child) must stay within the 15
children head count. Normal pricing ($320.) will apply upon arrival of the 16
th child. If you would like down grade your headcount from a 20 children to a
15 children party, you must give at least 1 week notice prior to the party, in
order to receive the discount.
Party II (Room Rental

and treat bags only. No outside food or drinks are allowed in our
facility .

Payment and Pricing Policies
Please note: A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is
required at the time of booking. • The balance is
due upon arrival. • There is a $20.00 fee for all
returned checks. • Infants up to 12 months will not be
included in the final headcount. • We accept cash,
checks, Visa, and MasterCard.
Tipping Policy Our facilitators work diligently to entertain and serve your party
guests. Please remember to tip them.
Arrival and Departure The host family may arrive 10 minutes early and are allowed a 10
minute grace period to gather presents and belongings. Please do not come
earlier than 10 minutes.
Snow and Cancellation Policy
In case of severe snow or ice, the host family may choose
to re-schedule the party or cancel and receive a refund of deposit. Please
provide at least two hours notice when canceling due to bad
weather.
